Our team Building Days are an exciting step away from the day to day routine and are fun, engaging and unique. Our activities ensure that everyone involves all of their senses and engages the highest level of their reasoning, instincts, theories, ideas and hunches to resolve the challenges.

Relying on others in ways which are not conventional, generates a trust and mutual respect often beyond anything previously experienced.

The teams must prove their ability to communicate effectively, problem solve and display real team work in order to successfully complete the tasks.

Combining the fun side of our activities with a meaningful team development experience makes for improved interpersonal relationships.

Transition Days
Meeting new people even if they are to become life long friends can be a daunting task for anybody. Everything is new; surroundings, people, staff, uniform.

BCSSA organise Team Building days especially for year 7 students that can help them adjust to life in ‘big’ school and to help them on the way to making new friends.

Taking place during school hours we have devised a programme which not only gets every child involved but also gives every child enjoyment.
