PAYMENT

•  I wish to pay by cheque made payable to ‘BCSSA’ with the participants name on the back. I wish to pay by PAYPAL, I understand a 5% surcharge is applicable. I wish to pay by BANK TRANSFER, upon receipt of your booking form, our bank details will be sent to you.
